Dr. Lê Đắc Sơn - Chairman of the University Council - announces the 5 core responsibilities of Dai Nam University towards: Students and parents; Key personnel; Faculty and staff; The nation and society; and Investors.
Our primary responsibility is: Dai Nam University must serve as a provider of superior educational services to earn the genuine trust and choice of parents and students. The University must strive continuously to improve and deliver increasingly higher quality training to our learners.
Dai Nam University provides premier educational services to ensure graduates achieve prosperous lives and become responsible citizens.
Our second responsibility is: The key personnel of Dai Nam University must be individuals of high ethics and talent, professionally trained, experienced, and capable of problem-solving. In particular, they must possess a deep understanding of righteousness and the core values of Dai Nam University to guide their actions. Staff performance shall not be evaluated solely based on academic titles, but primarily on work efficiency.
Key leadership – the extended arm of the University Council and the Board of Management in implementing the University's development goals.
Our third responsibility is: Responsibility toward the personnel working at Dai Nam University; we must ensure occupational safety, reasonable compensation, equitable management, and comprehensive working conditions. Employees are encouraged to make suggestions and voice any dissatisfaction. Management at all levels must be highly qualified and appointed fairly; there must be opportunities for promotion for eligible individuals, based on their integrity and competence.
